    Human body (in mathematical sense) is a function of what we eat. What we eat is digested by the body and used for its build-up, functioning and safety. So it is very important that we make wise and rigid choices regarding our diet. 
    The first thing to be taken care of in this respect is that the food should be prepared from healthy ingredients and it should be hygienically prepared. Unclean components and unhygienic preparation may cause indisposition and sickness.
    Healthy food contains Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals and Water. Each one of these provides specific nutrition to the body and keeps it going. For instance Carbohydrates and Fats are a source of energy, proteins build up muscular strength, Fats are congealed store of energy, Vitamins assist functional health of the body organs and minerals provide them material for build up growth.
If the food lacks any of these components, the body begins to show signs of dysfunction and failure.
    It is, therefore, utmost important to balance the diet according to body stage and its needs so that it remains healthy throughout the lifespan of a person. The videos posted here help to figure out this calculation in very simple explanation which is understood even by the layman.
